D’EngClub was conceived by Ubol Sutthana, Managing Director of educational media experts SUM System Co.,Ltd., and was written by Dr Nisai Kaewsanchai in cooperation with the SUM System team over a four year period of research and production. Dr Nisai graduated in the USA, gaining a PhD in English Education. His expertise has been acknowledged in Singapore where he received an honour from SEAMEO RELC for his methods of teaching English to children in ASEAN.
The programme is supported by an international team of linguists and language teaching practitioners of great experience. Arthur McNeill, PhD, James Cooke, MA TEFL, and Khamneung Jengkarn, Med TESOL, provide consultancy and programme evaluation services, product development, and teacher support and training.
